Does Right Path Trucking run freight between Canada and the United States?
Yes. We are based in Edmonton, Alberta and move freight in both directions across the western crossings — primarily Coutts–Sweetgrass, with Kingsgate, North Portal and Emerson–Pembina also in regular use. Cross-border is the core of what we do, not a side offering.
What does a truck dispatch service actually do?
Our dispatchers find and negotiate loads, book them, handle broker paperwork and rate confirmations, plan routes and border clearance, track the load to delivery, and chase the invoice afterwards. You drive; we handle the phone and the paperwork.
How much does dispatch cost?
A flat percentage of the linehaul, with no hidden fees, no forced dispatch and no long-term contract. The exact percentage depends on your equipment type and how many trucks you run. Call us and we will quote it plainly.
Do you help owner operators with safety and compliance?
Yes, and it is in-house rather than outsourced. We manage the Alberta Carrier Profile and USDOT file, ELD and hours-of-service monitoring, drug and alcohol consortium enrolment, IFTA filings, IRP, annual inspections and audit preparation.
